The Child and Family Guidance Center provides mental health services to children and their families in the San Fernando and Antelope Valley. We are seeking a full-time Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Supervisor / Clinical Therapist for our Palmdale facility to be responsible for assisting TBS Specialist, clients and caretakers in the client's goal achievement, implementation of behavior / treatment plans and supervising therapeutic interventions. Come Join Our Team -positions/ TBS Supervisor/ Clinical Therapist Essential Job Functions: . Responsible for supervising the TBS Specialist in implementing the client's individual treatment plans in the home, school and/or community-based settings. Provides the TBS Specialist with individual supervision on use of behavioral interventions, strategies and techniques. . Facilitates initial and monthly treatment team meetings with TBS Specialist, client and family, and referring therapist. Responsible for on-going collaboration with current mental health providers, and school and community partners throughout the course of treatment. . Responsible for completing TBS documentation, including Client Care Coordination Plans, Supplemental Assessments, Functional Analysis of Behavior assessments, and progress notes, in adherence with Department of Mental Health documentation guidelines. . Maintains a weekly productivity expectation. Hours will be determined by Program Manager and Director. . Completes documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Is compliant with CFGC documentation standards. . May attend DMH TBS Monthly and Quarterly Meetings and gathers information relevant to DMH documentation and best practice policies. . Facilitates weekly TBS Group Supervision in TBS Program Manager's absence. . Carries a reduced TBS caseload and/ or Wraparound caseload on an as-needed basis. Skills you need: . 2 years mental health experience working with children and families. . Supervisory experience preferred. . Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Education required: . MA/MS or MSW Degree. Degree must be eligible for registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences.
