This is a Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services (EBS) salaried exempt position on the IT Vulnerability Management Team. This position will be responsible for leveraging existing processes, documentation and best practices, while working with all stakeholders, to ensure customer vulnerability scanning and remediation requirements are met in the classified environments in Aeronautics. This person will work closely with Program Execution team and Program Security to document requirements and set priorities and they will coordinate and interface with support organizations like Back Office, Hosting and Network Services, as required. This position will work with the Architects to select and install the appropriate system management tools and with the Vulnerability Management teams to help implement and maintain the scanning infrastructure. For example, this position will be responsible for ensuring the scan engines are kept current and all software and security updates are brought securely into the areas and work with the support teams to burn DVDs (if necessary), test, early adopt and deploy per agreed upon schedules. This position will work with stakeholders to establish schedules, create documentation and help resolve problems. This position will also be responsible for working with Enterprise personnel to ensure images are created, kept updated and made available for all devices. This position will be responsible for assisting, as necessary, in any remediation task. Once established, this person will take the processes, materials and lessons learned and implement them in other "closed" areas to include some that are not designated as classified. Candidate must have a DoD Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years A Security+ certification. Basic Qualifications - Professional level technical customer service and support experience - Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with end users to successfully obtain end user requirements, confirmed through related work experience - Experience with at least one vulnerability remediation tools (McAfee Vulnerability Manager, Bladelogic, Shavlik, Nessus, Qualys) -Thorough knowledge of Windows PC's (Windows 7 and Windows 10) and their associated operating systems illustrated by related work experience - Experience trouble shooting Windows OS and Office software - Active Directory experience. - Current DoD Secret or higher Security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years. - Security+ Certification Desired skills - Experience with the IT Risk Management Framework (RMF) - Knowledge of the Department of Defense (DOD) Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) - Experience with a vulnerability scanner like Nessus or EVAN - Experience with a Patch Management tool like Shavlik or Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM or SMS) - Experience working within a classified environment. - Experience leading/managing IT projects - Effective organizational skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and in a virtual team - Proven ability to work under limited direct supervision - Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills As a leading technology innovation company, Lockheed Martin's vast team works with partners around the world to bring proven performance to our customers' toughest challenges.
