Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES · Provide administrative support and assistance to partners and professional staff · Respond to client inquiries and monitor front desk of office · Perform monthly bookkeeping and payroll tasks, including bank reconciliations REQUIREMENTS · Minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy office environment · Proficiency with office procedures, including mailing, faxing and multi-line phone system · Strong computer skills and experience, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel · Organizational skills, including monitoring and meeting deadlines throughout the year, and ability to manage changing priorities · Pleasant demeanor, fast learner, and ability to keep calm in high-pressure situations PREFERRED · Accounting firm experience A STRONG PLUS! · Experience with and understanding of personal and business tax concepts · Accounting/bookkeeping/tax software experience, including Lacerte, ProSystem FX, Quickbooks Online and Peachtree · Payroll experience Salary commensurate with experience.
